Don,
Glad to see the impending RETURN OF OPLIN LIST !!
I think adding a note to the "OPLINLIST -- confirmation of subscription"
message saying something like:
"If you reply to this confirmation, there's no need to add anything else to
the message - the subject says it all."

I was considering the possibility that some folks might fret over what to
say in their reply or if they should delete signatures, etc.  - not
realizing that no further information would be needed so long as the subject
line stays intact.
