Rick Rubin will explore the work factors that affect employee motivation,
and reviews the role of compensation and other workplace interventions as
rewards for performance. 


The afternoon presentation by Scott Warirck will focus on learning how to
effectively coach, document, warn and terminate employees while avoiding
legal liability.
