I am interested in knowing if any libraries have purchasing policies. =
We now purchase prizes for library programs from the Friends of the =
Library monies. I have been told we could purchase them from the =
library's fund if we have a purchasing policy. Please respond to me at =
wagnerma@oplin.org and I will share the responses with the list.
