[OPLINLIST] dial a story

Dear friends,

I need some information on the legal aspect of putting dial a story on our 
current phone system.  I know I read information about this subject a while 
ago but can't seem to find it in my saved e-mails.

Does anyone currently do something like dial a story?

If we are to put it on the phone system and only one person can access it 
at a time do we have to buy the rights to the story or get permission from 
the publisher, etc?  or is this exactly the same as using the book at a 
storytime?
