The Greater Cincinnati Library Consortium would like to present *Mobile
Devices in Libraries *on Wednesday, November 12th, 2003 from 9:30 a.m.
to 12:30 p.m. at the GCLC office (Directions to GCLC
<http://www.gclc-lib.org/about/directions.html>). Glen Horton, the GCLC
Technology Coordinator, will be presenting on such things as powerful
technology packed in small devices . Advances in speed, storage
capacity, displays, and wireless connectivity are allowing smaller
devices such as PDAs and TabletPCs to replace laptops and desktop
computers. Come learn about the latest in mobile computing and how
libraries can embrace and benefit from these technologies.
