Strength in Diversity is a monthly broadcast email featuring a resource,
practice, product, or program that libraries can use to provide more
inclusive library service to all Ohioans. This idea-sharing resource is an
initiative of the Ohio Library Council's Diversity Awareness and Resources
Committee.

Feature Spotlight: Audio Avenue

Audio Avenue is a new online community offering online programs and outreach
for librarians and other professionals serving the visually impaired, as
well as programs for the visually impaired. Developed by the talking book
centers in Illinois using ivocalize.com software, the community offers such
services as book discussion groups, online chat, program sessions, and
orientation for librarians. For more information, visit
