[OPLINLIST] Number of Items to Check-Out

Hi, Amy,
No, we do not limit the number of items that a new patron may check out. Of
course, we are a small library in a small community, and it is not difficult
to know who everyone is. (i.e."Oh, you bought the old Jones house...etc.")
At the library where I formerly worked, we limited items to new patrons, and
there were a number of times that someone returned the items on time the
first couple of times and then ripped us off the 4th or 5th time they came
in. So, it really didn't make much difference. If they are going to rip us
off, they'll find a way to do it.
