the Windows operating system.

Participants will learn about the following:
-The Windows desktop
-The Control Panel
-Managing (moving, resizing, switching, etc.) windows
-Managing files and folders
-File types and associations
-Printing
-Using Internet Explorer.
-Using Windows Help
-Other tips, tricks, and shortcuts.

      Audience:

Anyone who wants to be more comfortable with using Windows or who want 
to learn new tips and shortcuts.
