This has been discussed on cataloger's discussion lists recently.
The author is considered to be Eleanor Druse. At this time, there's no =
evidence of this being a publisher's stunt, or of famous author using =
the name Eleanor Druse as a pseudonym, so we must go by what's in the =
book.
(FYI: background on the Rose Red book mentioned below:
"The Diary of Ellen Rimbauer :my life at Rose Red / edited by Joyce =
Reardon. =20
Joyce Reardon is a fictional character in the book.
At time of publication, it was widely speculated that Stephen King =
was the author. Later it was announced that Ridley Pearson was the =
actual author.)

Ok, who knows who really wrote the book "The Journals of Eleanor =
Druse" - I'm reading that Eleanor Druse is just a fictional character in =
the book, like Dr. Joyce Reardon in "Rose Red" a year or two ago. =
Anybody?=20
Thanks!=20
