Join reference colleagues in exploring and learning the changing ways of
providing quality reference service in your library. We'll review
trends, resources and strategies for application at work! Also included
will be a review of basic reference skills still needed every day, as
well as a look at new resources, strategies for using them, trends, and
practical application in current settings. The session will conclude
with a panel discussion featuring reference librarians Greg Romer,
Holmes County District Library; Sherie Brown, Massillon Public Library,
and Shirley Lewis, Walsh University Library, discussing how reference
work has changed within their libraries.=20
