[OPLINLIST] Testing new employees' computer abilities

Do your libraries do any kind of computer skills
evaluation for potenatial employees, specifically the
ability to use Office software or the Internet?  

This is something we've been looking at here, and I'm
curious as to what other libraries do.  If you conduct
such tests, is there a particular piece of software
you find useful, or do you use "homemade" tools?
