Congratulations to Carroll County.  Harris-Elmore was also one of the =
winners (one of the ten second prizes) and won a DVD player and a DVD =
library!  It just goes to show that Ohio libraries are truly - "The Best =
in The Nation!" (Where have I heard that before?)

  I am proud to announce that the Carroll County District Library has =
been awarded $1,000 and a DVD of the documentary, from the History =
Channel. We are one of five Libraries to be selected from their JFK =
Tribute contest to receive the Grand Prize. Staff member Carol Gossman =
created a wonderful display, a memory wall and conducted a book =
discussion from the history channel reading list.
