Ohio Memory and the Society of Ohio Archivists are pleased to announce =
an Archives Week Scrapbook Contest.  Celebrate Archives Week (October =
10-16, 2004) by creating your own scrapbook of items from archives =
throughout Ohio.  This year's theme is "Exploring Archives in Ohio."  =
Using First Lady Hope Taft's scrapbook as a model, build your own =
scrapbook of documents, photographs and artifacts in the Ohio Memory =
Online Scrapbook (http://www.ohiomemory.org).=20

The contest is open to archivists, museum professionals, educators and =
the public. For more details and to enter the contest, go to: =

one-year membership to the Society of Ohio Archivists and honorable =
mentions will receive a prize packet from Ohio Memory. Entries must be =
received by Friday, September 24 for consideration. Winners will be =
announced by October 16, 2004.

Ohio Memory is a project of the Ohio Historical and 330 contributing =
historical societies, libraries and museums throughout the state. The =
Online Scrapbook (www.ohiomemory.org) contains more than 27,000 images =
of photographs, documents, artifacts and natural history specimens from =
