[OPLINLIST] tracking patron visits and computer use

Hi everyone, 

I am the new director at the Germantown Public Library.  According to the 
2003 statistics, we have 9,917 borrowers and circulate 220,822.  I would 
very much like to hear from similar sized libraries regarding procedures 
used to track/record the number of patron visits (if you track this at all) 
as well as procedures for tracking/recording computer use.
