The new OPLIN site dynamically recognizes whether
a user is inside a library or not.  There is no need to
have separate links for remote access to databases.
So, for example, you only need one link to MasterFILE,
http://www.oplin.org/controller.php?l=ra&Id=67-42.

We have ~almost~ solved the glitch that requires
remote users to authenticate first to get to
http://www.oplin.org/databases, and then to authenticate
again to go into a particular resource.  This has been
a very, very tough nut to crack.
