seen it. =20
One update and correction: Pricing for OPLIN Group databases is in =
process. Some libraries may not have it by Monday. If you don't have it =
late next week, however, do call the Help Desk.

The 2005 OPLIN/OHIONET Public Library Database Preview is now available at =
http://www.ohionet.org/ref_preview.php .
Library managers and staff with electronic content selection responsibiliti=
es are invited to review the databases available in this preview. We =
have included information about the availability of remote access and =
usage statistics, technological specifications, and pricing for each =
product.=20
Some products are being offered through OPLIN as group contract opportuniti=
es. These products will be clearly identified as OPLIN Group Contract in =
the Pricing field. They include:
Auto Repair Reference Center (EBSCO)
Book Index With Reviews (EBSCO)
MagillOnLiterature (EBSCO)
LIBROS EN VENTA en Am=E9rica Latina y Espa=F1a=99 (EBSCO)
CultureGrams (ProQuest)
eLibrary (ProQuest)
Heritage Quest (ProQuest)
SIRS SKS WebSelect (ProQuest)
We anticipate that preview access to ALLDATA will be available next week. =
Pricing for those products will be sent to each library director the week =
of April 4th. If your library has not received pricing information by =
April 11th, or for more information, contact the OPLIN Support Center =
(support@oplin.org ).=20
Many more products are being offered to individual libraries by OHIONET. =
It is not necessary to be an OHIONET member to participate in these =
offers. If there is a large level of interest in a specific title, =
additional discounts may be negotiated by OHIONET. For the cost of these =
products, look in the Pricing field.=20
OHIONET is a member organization that provides access to OCLCs reference =
products, plus the electronic resources of many publishers and vendors. =
While its focus has been content for academic libraries, they also serve =
public libraries. This year, they will participate in the OPLIN preview in =
order to present opportunities to libraries that wish to add optional =
titles, or whose communities expect multiple titles on some subjects. =
OHIONET is waiving non-member fees as a requirement to participation in =
the database program. For additional information contact Christine Morris =
