This two part course includes:
--"May I Help You" ... Customer Service & Reference Behaviors That Work
--"I Didn't Know You Could Do That" ... A Review of When & How To Use
The OPLIN Online Databases.
Do you have new staff that need to develop reference skills . . .
Experienced staff wanting a refresher?
Reference Resource Review is just the ticket. This two part course
covers the basics for the reference interview, followed up with a
complete review of when to use the core databases available through
OPLIN, INFOhio & OhioLINK. The session will include hands-on practice,
plenty of discussion ... and lunch.
