The Paulding County Carnegie Library system just held a successful =
county-wide balloon launch. For anyone planning an event, two things to =
keep in mind: Helium expands when exposed to hot air (oops) and larger, =
12 inch balloons work best. We got the launch off before too many =
balloons popped and were able to replace others with extras. If you =
