*PATRIOT Act-- Please ask your Senators to sign the Dear Conferees=20
letter being circulated in the Senate by Sen. Craig and Sen.=20
Durbin. To sign on - or if they have questions - they can contact=20
Brooke Roberts in Senator Craig's office at 224-1013 or Joseph=20
Zogby in Senator Durbin's office at 224-2152. Ask your=20
Representatives to sign the Dear Conferees letter being circulated=20
by Rep. Sanders and Rep. Otter. To sign on - or if they have=20
questions - they can contact Rebecca Raiser in Rep. Sanders'=20

*H.R. 1201--Copyright-- Please ask your Members of Congress to=20
support H.R. 1201, the "Digital Media Consumers Rights Act of=20
2005." H.R. 1201 would amend the Copyright Act to ensure fair use=20
in the digital age.

*Telecom/E-rate-- Ask Congress to support S.241 and H.R. 2533 to=20
ensure that e-rate funds will continue to be available to=20
libraries. Both bills would exempt libraries from the Anti- deficiency
Act accounting requirements.
*H.R. 1201--Copyright-- Please ask your Members of Congress to=20
