[OPLINLIST] materials theft

Hello everyone,
 
We have several magazines at our library that are being taken as soon as they hit the shelves.  Our current solution is to keep them at the reference desk, where patrons sign them out.  However, we are looking for other ways to deal with this problem.  Does anyone have any ideas?
