[OPLINLIST] State Library NEWS correction

The recently published November December issue of the State Library NEWS contained and article titled "Are we open source yet?" which was written by Stephen Hedges not Glen Horton. An article written by Mr. Horton titled "Libraries are Opening up to Open Source" was inadvertently left out of the issue and is now included.
