Attention Ohio librarians -
=20
Please be aware that there is currently a lot of "phishing" going on =
out=20
there - in other words, spam e-mail disguised as messages from OPLIN=20
e-mail accounts. =20
One version even contains the subject line, "You have successfully=20
updated the password of your Oplin account." (See sample below) =20
These are all bogus e-mails attempting to get you to disclose information
about your account.
If you receive an e-mail message claiming to be about your OPLIN e-mail=20
account, and it is NOT from support@oplin.org, do not respond to it.=20
And above all do not open any attachments. =20
If you are worried that your account has been compromised, you can
always change your password. To do this, simply log in to your OPLIN=20
webMAIL account at http://mail.oplin.org, and click "Preferences." =20
You will find the "Change Mail Password" option at the bottom.
Thank you,
Bobbi Galvin
