Hello Ohio Colleagues:
Most of you probably know that the laws regarding Living Wills have =
recently changed. I have been told by an attorney that the following =
site: www.ohpco.org has the forms that a person needs to fill out a =
Living Will. Matter of fact he told me that attorneys download forms =
from this site, too. Just thought I'd pass it along if you were not =
aware. Hope you all are enjoying Spring... such as it is.
