Statistics!  Attend our fall "tournament" to pick up tips and learn how 
to use statistics to your advantage.  Topics will include collecting the 
appropriate data for internal and external reports, collecting 
electronic statistics for acquisitions, collection development, 
databases, OPACs, and cataloging, and the ethics of statistics use.
