[OPLINLIST] Stumper.....Alphabet book...

Okay, Great Brain,
   
  Here goes....had an early 20's mom ask me today about an alphabet book she remembered from her childhood.
   
  She described it as elaborately illustrated.  The characters were animals and going to a tea party.  Clothing was elaborate.
   
  Anybody have a clue as to what book this could be?
