[OPLINLIST] Unattended child policies

We would like to know your policy on unattended children in the 
children's department.  Our children's department is four steps up from 
the main section.  Often parents who are on computers  in the main 
section assume their children are "attended" since they are in the 
library.  Please give us any policies you have concerning unattended 
children.
