[OPLINLIST] New Name for MORE

MORE was always a confusing name. MORE thinking and MORE choices need to 
be offered than what is found in the survey. How about something like 
SOL: Sharing Ohio's Libraries. Even comes with a catchy visual idea for 
an icon or logo... a sunburst. Anyway, MORE creativity is needed in this 
service identity change!
