[OPLINLIST] e-Government

I have been assigned to develop some sort of training for our 30 plus reference staff on the subject of e-government and how best to assist our customers in interacting with e-government.  Before I reinvent the wheel, I'd like to ask if any other Ohio library has done something similar and if so, what?  I'd greatly appreciate any input or suggestions.
