[OPLINLIST] OPLIN fax number

It seems like every year, when libraries are trying to fax their
"Intent to Participate/Renew" forms for the OPLIN Group Contracts,
something happens to our office fax line.

And it has happened again this year.

The OPLIN fax number, 614-728-5256, is not in service.  We are
working to get service restored, and we apologize for the
inconvenience.
