Is your work giving you aches and pains? Learning about ergonomics can
help you feel safer and more comfortable in your workplace, improve
long-term health and wellbeing, and guide you in making the right
changes to your work environment. This session will address the
particular concerns of the library environment.

Christopher Hamrick
Christopher Hamrick is the Ergonomics Technical Advisor for the Ohio
Bureau of Workers' Compensation, Division of Safety and Hygiene, where
he is responsible for ergonomic projects and technical consultation. He
holds both BS and MS degrees in Industrial and Systems Engineering from
the Ohio State University. He is a Board Certified Professional
Ergonomist and Industrial Ergonomist.
