[OPLINLIST] Staff time allowance for college credits

Colleagues:

I would like to hear from libraries that have developed policies for staff
to pursue college degrees, either the BA or MLS, excluding tuition
reimbursements.

What creative steps have you taken to give your staff opportunities to
complete a college degree?

Does any library offer a higher education leave of absence?
