  Becoming Champions of Change

This training workshop examines the actual changes being faced in your 
work environment and the challenges that each participant is 
encountering during the transition. The focus is on how to not just 
survive the changes but also how to champion the changes, face personal 
and professional fears and anxieties and use all of the emotional energy 
to succeed. We will practice the positive skills that make change 
successful and productive and discuss how to reverse the negative 
emotional, unproductive and personal feelings of change. Finally, each 
participant will create an action plan for implementing the change 
skills back on the job.

      Speaker

*Chai Voris* is a dynamic and inspiring presenter and consultant with 
over 20 years of experience in the insurance, healthcare and financial 
services industries. She has held management positions in business 
operations as well as executive positions in both human resources and 
organizational development. She was the 2002 President of the Greater 
Cincinnati chapter of the American Society for Training and Development 
and is active in many other professional organizations. Chai serves as 
an Advisory Board member for the Graduate Studies program at Franklin 
University and is an Adjunct Professor in the online MBA program. She is 
also an Adjunct Professor for the University of Cincinnati -- Raymond 
Walters teaching Organizational Behavior. Chai is the President of 
Dynamic Change Solutions, Inc., an innovative change and leadership 
consulting and training company.


      Description

Upon completion of this workshop, the participants will be able to:

· Describe how the changes affect and change the current work environment.
· Identify and manage the behaviors, skills, and attitudes during change.
· Listen and communicate actively with others to improve performance and 
productivity during change.
· Create a plan that will reward, improve communication and recognize 
wins during the change process.

This program is very hands-on and action oriented. Come prepared to 
practice, discuss, problem-solve, vent, celebrate and just have fun. 
Learning about how to make change exciting and productive is a skill you 
can use in all your life!
