[OPLINLIST] Library vans

The Director of Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library is looking into the
possibility of having a group/organization help in the purchase of a van for
library use.  If your library has a van the staff uses for library business,
who purchased it and who maintains the up keep?  Also, if a
group/organization donated the van to your library do you acknowledge this
by putting a sign on the van saying - donated to the library by___________?
