In this day of online order processing, has your organization devised a
way to streamline your collection development for your entire library
system?  Did you come up with any innovative ways to select and order
system wide?  Who selects and how - is there a selection team or a
coordinator who selects materials (Non-fiction, Books and Non-Books) for
your system, or is the selection of materials done at each
branch/location?  How do you determine the number of copies
needed/ordered - system wide or do your branches determine order
volumes?  Also, who determines the genre designation for fiction books -
is it the same system wide or is the genre chosen at the Branch's
discretion?
