On Wednesday, April 11, 2007, *MS. MARTHA KYRILLIDOU,* Director, ARL 
Statistics and Measurement Program, Association of Research Libraries, 
will be the outstanding alumna honored at Kent State University’s School 
of Library and Information Science’s annual Alumni and Friends Honors 
and Awards Banquet.

She established the ARL Statistics and Measurement research and analysis 
unit in 1994 and has been the editor of the following annual 
publications: /ARL Annual Salary Survey 1994 – present, ARL Statistics 
1993-94 – present, ARL Preservation Statistics 1993-94 – present, ARL 
Academic Law Library Statistics 1992-93 – present, ARL Academic Health 
Sciences Library Statistics 1992-93 – present, ARL Supplementary 
Statistics 1993-94 – present./ Ms. Kyrillidou has interdisciplinary 
experience in libraries and evaluation and measurement, with 
specialization in the application of quantitative and qualitative 
research methodologies in libraries.

The annual Alumni and Friends Honors and Awards Banquet recognizes 
outstanding alumni, students, and friends. The evening begins with a 
reception at 5:45 PM and dinner at 6:30 PM in the Kent State University 
Student Center Ballroom. Cost for the event is $25. Reservations are
