[OPLINLIST] free toner cartridge available

Herrick Memorial Library was the recipient of a Toner cartridge
through this list some time back, but our laser printer bit the dust
before we could use it.

It is available for free to anyone who is on US Cargo and can use
an ImageMax CCI-7115X laser printer cartridge (for use with
HP-1200 and 1220; compatible with C7115X).
