Blank(Please forgive any cross-postings.)

Over the years Wood County District Public Library has
connected readers in NW Ohio to some of today's best writers
through its visiting author program:

Anne Perry, Margaret Maron, Laura Lippman, Homer Hickam,
Steve Hamilton, Julia Spencer Fleming, Parnell Hall, William
Kent Krueger. . . to name but a few.

Next Thursday, March 29 at 7 pm, and Friday, March 30 at
11:45 am, the library is proud to add author SJ Rozan to this
list..

Whether it's her popular Bill Smith/Lydia Chin detective novels
or her thought provoking stand-alone thrillers, Rozan is known
for creating complex characters, sophisticated story-lines, and
rich settings. Her books are not only best-sellers, but have also
received critical acclaim and won the coveted Edgar and
Shamus awards for best novels--awards given by writers to
writers.

You can meet SJ Rozan Thursday, March 29 at 7 pm at a free
event in the library's 1st floor meeting room. She will talk about
her books, answer your questions, and then be available to sign
books.

On Friday, March 30 at 11:45 am, the Friends of the Library will
host a luncheon in honor of Ms. Rozan at the library. Tickets for
the luncheon are $5 and seating is limited. Tickets are available
on a first come basis at the 1st floor Check-out desk: don't
delay, get yours today!

Don't miss this opportunity to find out why fellow author Dennis
Lehane says, "SJ Rozan is hands-down, one of my favorite
crime writers working today. To read her is to experience the
kind of pure pleasure that only a master can deliver."

SJ Rozan's visit to WCDPL is sponsored by the Friends of the
Library.

See You at the Library,

Mary Boone
