The court's opinion in ACLU v. Gonzales (Child Online Protection Act) is attached. 
 
Judge Lowell Reed found the Child Online Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 231, is facially violative of the First and Fifth Amendments of the United States Constitution and permanently enjoined the federal government from enforcing the law.
