The Greene County Public Library is seeking a Head Librarian for the Cedarville Community Library. 

This full-time position manages all aspects of the operation and is responsible for the overall quality of library service. Responsibilities include supervising staff; developing partnerships with local government, civic groups, and schools; participating in the selection of materials and developing community library's collections. REQUIREMENTS: MLS from an ALA-accredited program required. Two years supervisory and leadership experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of professional library science & administration as evidenced in proven ability to develop work programs, plan, and supervise the work of others. Must be customer-focused and able to work effectively in a team-based, progressive organizational culture. 

STARTING SALARY:  $48,422.40 plus excellent benefits.
