HELLO EVERYONE!

I just wanted to let you know that we have changed our method for
gathering evaluation information for the 2007 summer reading program. 

We will be using an online evaluation using the SURVEY MONKEY tool for
this summer's reading program. We think this will make it easier for you
to submit your evaluations as well as for us to gather needed data for
this program. 

Please check out the summer reading program page at:
http://www.winslo.state.oh.us/services/LPD/orp2007.html  Click on
"Evaluation" and you will be taken to the online survey. 

We would also appreciate it if you would not print off and fax the
survey in, but try to do it online as it will be much easier in the long
run for gathering and compiling the information.
