Jennifer West has been hired as Director of the Highland County District Library. Ms. West previously served as Assistant Director, and as Interim Director after the former director, Judith B. Lindley, retired. Ms. West was an undergraduate at Kent State University and received her MSLS from the University of Kentucky.
