[OPLINLIST] Library Staff Wellness/Weight Loss Program

Are there any libraries who have conducted an employee wellness / weight
loss program or contest?  We are considering inviting staff to participate
in a wellness program where the "winner" recieves some type of prize.

If your library has done anything like this, did the library contribute
anything such as prizes, staff wellness training, etc?  How did you
determine the winner (total weight loss, percentage, reaching a goal)?
