[OPLINLIST] sick leave policy

[Paris Head]

We are reviewing our sick leave policy and would like to hear from other 
small-medium libraries (without a union) how you handle use of sick 
leave.  We are particularly interested in how you address consecutive 
days of sick leave use, accrual, and pay out upon leaving employment.
