[OPLINLIST] Electronic Message Signs

The sign in front of our building will need replacement soon, and the 
City of Twinsburg is considering changing their code to allow electronic 
message signs.   If your public library has an outdoor electronic 
message sign, please send your  recommendations, general cost estimates, 
and photos to me off list.
