*Noele C. Williams*, founder and President of InterPro Teambuilding 
Systems, began her professional career in management at Procter & 
Gamble, served as a senior consultant with a cultural diversity training 
firm and has conducted training and consulting services for dozens of 
Fortune 500 companies focusing on the area of organizational development.

Throughout her professional career, Williams has worked with many 
non-profit organizations, including the Ohio Grantmakers Forum and the 
Tri-State Human Resource Association. Williams' educational background 
is in English and Psychology, attending the University of Washington in 
Seattle, at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, and the 
University of Aberdeen in Scotland.


      Description

Learn how to increase your organization's productivity by balancing and 
aligning the four systemic elements of organizational activity. This 
will be an interactive session geared toward helping you gain an 
understanding of the four key elements of a successful organization 
(Structure, Process, People and Culture). Within this context, we will 
explore the inherent challenges faced by non-profits, perform a high 
level self-assessment of each organization, and share robust techniques 
for increasing overall efficiency, effectiveness and productivity. 
Attendees will leave with a clear set of action steps tailored to their 
individual needs.
