Diana S. Riemenschneider, MLIS was the Visiting Librarian at the 
University of Cincinnati -- Clermont College from 2005 -- 2007. Having 
previously served as Director of MIS Services for a non-profit 
organization, she is currently applying to PhD programs in Business.

      Description

Are you an introvert? Not sure? Do you dread organizational events? Do 
you want to be able to get to know and work better with patrons, board 
of directors, or vendors? Do you hate the thought of doing those things?

This session will define different traits of an introvert; discuss 
identifying your weak areas; and discuss different techniques for taking 
control of those introvert traits-when you have to.
