[OPLINLIST] checking shelves for overdue books

Hi, the Circulation Department at Flesh Public Library would like to know
how many libraries have circulation staff check their shelves (daily or
weekly) for overdue material that was returned but not checked in.  We
currently have staff check daily but find that we only catch one or two
books.

Results will be compiled and posted.
