[OPLINLIST] DVD/VHS weeding

I'm not sure what has been done in the past at TPL, but currently I do 
the book on CD and VHS/DVD collections.  I don't weed based on the 
number of circs.  I have one VHS title that has gone out over a thousand 
times (The Accidental Tourist).
