for children and youth.

Formerly the Manager of Continuing Education and Consulting for the
Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC), Belinda coordinated

      Description

Have your reference skills become a little rusty? Need to regain your
enthusiasm and recharge your batteries? Nine times out of ten, library
patrons don't know how to ask for what they want. The reference
interview is a key component in helping our users get to the point and
find what they're looking for. This half-day workshop will combine
lecture and interactive exercises to help you polish your reference
interview skills in a safe and fun environment.
