This workshop will provide hands-on training using Microsoft Outlook 2003.
Outlook is more than e-mail- it is a calendar, contact manager, task
manager, project manager and useful tool for every library employee.
Library managers will find the ease of delegating tasks to employees through
Outlook a sleek and helpful feature to employ. Additionally, this class will
introduce the free tool Google Calendar and how it can work with Outlook and
even be embedded into your web site.
After taking this class, you will have the skill and information needed to
go back to your library and start efficiently using Outlook and organize
your life!
